Privacy
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company (if you give it), email address, the topic you picked and your message.
The site doesn't use advertising trackers, and we don't buy or sell contact lists.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run the project. That's it — no newsletter unless you ask for one.
Where it goes
The form is delivered to contact@alevate.tech through a form-to-email service, which passes your message on as an email. From there it lives in our email inbox.
We don't share it with anyone else, except where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as the work and its legal records require.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email contact@alevate.tech and we'll act on it within one working day. This applies under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and equally if you're writing from elsewhere.
